Can we subscribe to just one service?
Yes. Services are licensed independently within the subscription, so a school can start with dismissal, for example, and add attendance or communication later.
Is the parent app free?
Yes. The JARASNA app is a free download from the App Store, Google Play and AppGallery; the school pays the subscription.
Do the fees include VAT?
Subscription fees are paid in advance, inclusive of VAT, as set out in the agreement or quote.
Can we add students or branches later?
Yes. Subscription add-ons increase capacity or add a service without waiting for the contract to end.
