The JARASNA parent app: your child’s school day in one app
The JARASNA parent app is free on the App Store, Google Play and AppGallery. It brings together your child’s attendance and dismissal, school messages and circulars, Class Pulse and the school community — in Arabic and English.
What can parents do in the JARASNA app?
Each school turns on the services that fit it, so the app shows what your child’s school uses.
Pickup
Tap “I’ve arrived” from the car, see your place in the queue and the request status until handover, the daily pickup code and your child’s dismissal time.
Receivers and permits
Approve up to 3 permanent receivers per student, issue a temporary permit for a single pickup, and request early pickup with a documented reason.
Attendance and absences
See your child’s attendance, get absence notifications, and report an absence with an excuse and attachment under the school’s policy.
Class Pulse
Classroom moments, homework and badges from the teacher, in a feed for each child.
Messaging
Organized conversations with the school, tied to the student instead of scattered chats.
Circulars
Read school circulars, acknowledge them and approve trips from the app.

How does pickup work in the app?
1. “I’ve arrived”
The parent taps the button on arrival, and the request enters the school’s queue straight away.
2. Follow the queue
The parent sees their place and the request status: being prepared, then ready for handover.
3. The receiver is checked
Staff confirm who is collecting at the gate, following the school’s method.
4. A logged handover
The handover is recorded with names and time, and the parent sees it completed in the app.
Your privacy in the app
No location tracking
If the school asks to confirm you are near the gate, your location is read once, when you tap “I’ve arrived”.
You see your children only
Parents see the data of their own linked children, nothing else.
Account deletion
From inside the app or the delete-account page; details in the privacy policy.

Does the app track my location?
No. If the school asks to confirm you are near the gate, your location is read once, when you tap “I’ve arrived”, and never tracked in the background.
How do I delete my account?
